Following a 30 minutes long free discovery call, I offer you coaching sessions that are typically 60-90 minutes long. After identifying the goal achievement, we formulate a plan that allows you to reach your target step by step. In each session, I will be championing you along this journey.

Action Learning Sets

As part of the action learning sets, you will have the opportunity to explore different issues in a group setting. It is a facilitated learning platform where collaborative problem solving takes place and skills are shared with others. Action learning sets are using group coaching skills, which help the group members find solutions to complex challenges. Following these sessions, the collective organisational knowledge and learning is shared, increasing energy-levels and performances.

Group Coaching

Group coaching sessions can be a cost and time effective way to develop your teams. Participants will benefit from an environment where diverse experiences and perspectives are shared. These sessions are facilitated by me, using coaching skills and other development options. The benefits of group coaching for individuals lie in learning from each other instead of the coach alone. It creates an opportunity for networking by accelerating learning from each other and creating a supportive environment for collaboration and sharing knowledge.

Mentoring

As part of the mentoring sessions, I facilitate reflective practices into your organisational practices. I can offer leadership, L&D, and teaching mentoring sessions to support the transition of individuals into leadership roles, or to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives. During the mentoring sessions, I will provide you with tools to help your development.

 

Supervision

A supervision session is a safe environment for individuals to bring up issues. These sessions are designed to facilitate collaboration and problem solving. The supervision sessions provide a safe place, where individuals can reflect on their approach, learning, and get feedback from the supervisor around alternative approaches. I can support your with L&D, teaching, and leadership supervisions.

 

Consultancy

I support you to achieve your strategic development of your organisation, provide you with different previous experiences and perspectives. I help you identify your challenges and give you options to overcome these. I want to work with you to find impactful solutions and create strategies to make your organisation a place where people want to work. If you have a plan in your mind, but don’t know how to get there, I want to support you.
