About Me

As an EMCC Practitioner level Coach, Chartered Manager, and Chartered Member of the CIPD, I have a wide range of experience in working with individuals from different service sectors. I love seeing personal growth, and I am looking forward to working with people who share my values.

I am really interested in development and learning. There are many areas of my professional and personal expertise that might resonate with you.

I have pushed through some difficult failures and challenges in the last 18 years: battling mental health issues, moving to a new country, the loss of my parents too soon, and not recognising post-natal depression in time after my child was born. There were a number of occasions when I struggled with impostor syndrome, feeling that I am not good enough or that I have to prove myself.

These thoughts made me feel small and weak, but every time I have managed to stand up again, becoming stronger as a result of it. Throughout these years, I had some fantastic mentors and coaches guiding me, and I have learnt so much from them. My experiences with them had turned my focus towards education and becoming a coach and L&D professional. I wanted to understand more about my experiences in life, and how these can help others struggling with similar issues. My aim was to find better ways to look at failure while maximising my potential and find my values, then live by these values. Coaching has enabled me to find balance and drive.

Coaching and self-reflection have also helped me gain an overall deeper understanding of my life, so I was able to reframe failures, learn about my values and how they impacted my relationships or my mental health. Looking back at my experiences, for example illnesses and hospitalisation, grief, or perfectionism, I can now spot the learning opportunities. These, then, have created a drive that will serve me in the future. Without coaching and self-reflection, these experiences only seemed like challenges and misfortunes.

Perhaps, some of these events resonate with you. If you feel ready for coaching or developing your teams; have some goals you want to achieve or want to change your reactions to experiences, becoming more positive about situations, then do not be afraid to ask for a free discovery meeting.

Throughout the sessions, I can offer you different tools to work with and help you reach your desired outcome. At times, I will challenge your assumptions around your beliefs and your capabilities in order to allow you grow and achieve your full potential.

My mission is to unlock your full potential, regardless of whether it is an individual goal or an organisational drive. I want you to become a self-reflective learner, who can use the growth mindset in different situations. If you feel ready to start on your journey of change and growth, get in touch.

The process is no different when working as a consultant for your organisation. I want to help in creating an environment where all your staff can reach their full potential and give their maximum performance. This can be achieved by developing leaders who can provide psychologically safe environments, create learning cultures where information flows and solution finding is part of the norm.

Why work with me?

My values are around bringing people together, while sharing my knowledge, my experiences, and growth. I bring energy and create a safe place where you can find yourself, and your drive. I truly believe that we are only using a fraction of our potential and it gives me a great sense of achievement when I see you reach yours. I want to work with you if you are curious, if you value people development and want to grow.

I have 7 years of experience in working with individuals and leaders in various professional capacities, developing line managers, operations managers, and people professionals. I have also delivered a range of custom training interventions in coaching, leadership development, and people practice development to maximise organisational capability and efficiency.

If you feel that you are ready to take a leap and try out coaching, if you have a roughly formulated plan you want to achieve, you have found your place of support.

For organisations, if you feel that your drives are aligned with my values around growth, energy, and bringing people together, we can create a strong partnership. I want to work with forward thinking organisations who value people, development, and positive learning cultures. So, let’s work together to create wider societal impact by making your organisation a place where people want to go the extra mile.
