I am here to help you reach your and your organisation’s vision and goals. I am an EMCC Practitioner level Coach, Chartered Manager, and Chartered Member of the CIPD. Underneath my professional qualifications, I am an experienced people development consultant, and a passionate learner.
My consultancy approach is based on creative solution finding, growth mindset, empowerment, and positive problem solving. As part of my services, I aim to develop self-reflection skills and accountability through supporting achievements and prosperity. At times, I will challenge views and perceptions by asking difficult questions.
